Common Questions Asked When Shipping Your Car

When you need to ship your vehicle to another location, there are naturally a few questions you will have about the process, payment, the company, your vehicle and any other thoughts you might need an answer to.  It is natural and definitely beneficial for you to have questions so we will do our very best to answer them for you.  Here are the answers to a few of the most commonly asked questions:

Do I need to plan in advance?

Yes, the recommended amount of time to plan in advance is two to three weeks.  This will ensure that both you and the vehicle shippers are on the same page.  If you need to ship your vehicle immediately, then they still may be able to help.

Does my vehicle have to be operable?

The vehicle must run and have operable steering and brakes.

Will my vehicle be insured?

It most certainly will.  This Boise auto transport company will review your vehicle with you at the pick up point.  The vehicle will be inspected a second time at the destination making sure that nothing has been damaged.  The Bill of Landing, or condition reports made will clearly outline what damage is covered and what is not.
