But the myth that it takes more time to ship the vehicle holds no truth at all. If you consider the amount of miles you have to drive, all of the stops you would have to make and the nights you would have to stay at hotels to get rest then your 20-hour drive can turn into a couple day road trip. You should also consider the miles you will be putting on your vehicle. Shipping a car saves you money, miles and stress.
So before you go believing these myths do research, get quotes and do the math. Most people will find that shipping their car is less stressful, less money, less miles and more beneficial in the long run then taking a cross-country road trip.
